Tim Fowers Fugitive card game comes with a dry-erase "notepad" that the Marshal player uses to track her guesses about where the fugitive is hiding.

This app relates that notepad, with icons for marking incomplete guesses, locations where she knows the fugitive is not at, and locations where she has found one of the fugitives hideouts.
